Honda CB Trigger Review

Since the last few years, one thing has proved that 150cc motorcycles are very popular and effective segment motorcycle in Bangladesh. There are plenty of companies 150cc bikes are currently available in our country where most of them are Indian brand. Due to the reasonable price range and reliable brand, the people of Bangladesh used to select Indian brands as their first choice. But, Japanese brand Honda also in the competition and they have revealed all new 150cc motorcycle in Bangladesh named Honda CB Trigger. The bike came to the market to compete with the rest same segment motorcycles in Bangladesh and it’s most rivals are Pulsar 150 DTSi, RTR 150, Hunk, Xtreme Sports by considering the price range. But unfortunately, CB Trigger could not make any challenge in the market proved as one of the low sold bike. Though, it is a Japanese brand with highly configured engine. But, due to a bit old model, young generations used to buy another 150cc bike instead of it. So, failed to fill up the target, Honda is reportedly stopped the production of CB Trigger and they are planning to release new 150cc bike. But, though, it’s production is off but still Honda can provide this bike next couple of years from the stock.

However, people of Bangladesh still regards Honda is the best two wheelers brand because Honda is mainly a Japanese company. But, now India is also manufacturing Honda products which are available in Bangladesh where CB Trigger is one of them. Let’s see the complete details of Honda CB Trigger below.

Design & looks: CB Trigger is a standard category commuter bike which looks is more than expected. It has filled all the demands of standard category. Complete decent looks fuel tank is seems quite bigger along with suitable and comfortable seating position. However, the grey color air scoops is a bit sporty where the sleek designed headlamp of CB Trigger gives an aggressive looks. Besides, the black color alloy wheels which consists of six spokes are pretty different than others.

Engine performance: As one of the leading two wheeler manufacturer in the world, Honda used to provide the best quality engine no doubt. For the product of CB Trigger, they have used 149.1cc engine. Besides, the engine consists of air cooled, four stroke and SI engine. Besides, the bike can unleash max 14.35 Bhp power with 12.5 Nm @ 6500 rpm max torque. It’s compression ratio is 9.5.1. Bore and stroke of the bike is almost same. With five speed manual gearbox, the bike can run up to 115 km per hour top speed.
