Bangladesh Honda Privet Limited (BHL) is the sole industry segment under a joint venture between Bangladesh Steel and Engineering Corporation, a state-owned corporation and Honda Motor Company Limited, Japan. The Ministry of Industry, The Peoples Republic of Bangladesh is the parent organization of Bangladesh Steel and Engineering Corporation.

BHL solely renders all sorts of commercial operations from import/manufacturer to sales and after-sales services to the customers. As a private limited company, BHL incorporated in Bangladesh on December 4, 2012; and signed the joint venture agreement on September 27, 2012. Initially, BHL started the business by sourcing motorcycles and scooters from nearby counties in CBU and CKD conditions. Gradually, BHL developed its own assembling and manufacturing plant Gazaria, Munshiganj. Currently, BHL exports motorcycles and scooters to overseas countries, the first shipment of 14 Honda X Blade 160 was sent to Guatemala by sea to the Central American market.

Bangladesh Honda Privet Limited is the second company to export motorcycles from Bangladesh, BHP is planning to explore other countries of Africa and America.
