Honda Aviator 110 Feature Review
Honda mainly produces a higher segment motorcycle. But they are also famous for their lower segments cost-effective scooters. They are the first motorcycle company that added an ABS braking system in a scooter called Honda Activa. Their bikes and scooters are built with durable materials and long performance engines. Their scooters are trustworthy and cost-effective than other brands.
Honda launched its lowest 110 segments 4-stroke two-wheeler scooter a few years back with the name of Honda Aviator. This scooter is smaller in size but can produce a decent amount of rpm and torque because of its compact powerful engine. This two-wheeler comes with some new color variants. All aged rider will fall in love with this scooter. This is the perfect entry-level scooter for new riders.
Design & looks: The new Honda Aviator comes with a fresh look and stylish bold appearance. The metallic body and metallic paint scheme ensure premium quality. It gets a strong visual presence and a wide apron. The front apron customized with some classic chrome finished. The headlamp unit now comes with a LED panel along with an Aviator signature inside. The side indicators are vertically stacked into the body and look different. The side body panels are wider, roomier and extend well into the tail lamp. Single piece grabrail looks solid and gets the carbon fiber finished. The plastic body panels and well-padded seats are covered with contrast brown shade. It also customized with a metal exhaust heat shield.
Engine performance: Its powertrain is much similar to the other Honda’s model Cliq 110. This commuter scooter powered with Single Cylinder, 4 Stroke, air-cooled, HET Honda engine which can churn out 8 bhp maximum power at 7000 rpm and 8.77 Nm torque at 5500 rpm. Automatic Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) gearbox is coupled for easy and smooth transmission. This scooter also comes with a Honda Eco Technology (HET) system that promises to provide better mileage and proper use of fuel. This two-wheeler also gets a decent acceleration rate and can reach 82 km/h of its top speed.
Dimensions & seating position: Aviators seating quality and handle position is perfect for a commuter scooter. The large well-padded stair seat covered with contrast brown shade and looks amazing. This scooter measures with 1162 mm height, 703 mm width and 1802 mm length which makes it longer and wider in its segment. The Aviators wheelbase size is 1256 mm and a standard ground clearance of 145 mm. This two-wheeler also contained 6 liters of the fuel tank which is also slightly larger at its segment. The Aviator runs with 90/90-12 and 90/100-10 sections tubeless tyre.
Suspension & Brakes: Chassis and suspensions are very important for a scooter. Because people buy scooter for comfort and easy driving. Underbone type chassis is used for proper balance and stability. Comfortable handling is performing by Telescopic suspension in front-wheel and Spring Loaded Hydraulic Type suspension is for the rear wheel. Aviator also equipped with a CBS braking system with a 130 mm drub brake in both wheels. CBS is also a very useful feature for a two-wheeler. It reduces the braking distance and protects from the skid.
