Top Japanese brand Honda is developing a great weapon to dominate the Bangladeshi market which would be a 110 cc scooter. In the segment, Honda Beat is a very popular and familiar name in Asian motorcycle market and the product is available in Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and some other countries. But they are going to available in Indian sub continent along with Bangladesh. Honda Beat would be a most stylish scooter which is specially made for young generation of Asia. Due to the extraordinary attractive design, it would be more appealing to the customers as well.
Female of Bangladesh are very fond of scooter because they are lightweight and easy to handle. Besides, they are cheap in price and used to provide great mileage average. In that case, Beat would serve them better. Before coming to Bangladesh, we should know the details specification review of Honda Beat. Let’s check the details below.
Design & looks: Honda Beat is a 110 cc scooter which is pretty decent and sports looking. The scooter is specially made for young age people. Both boy and girl would perfect for the scooter. Honda Beat is available with two different versions like carburetor and FI. FI version is more aggressive to look between them but both are dual tone. Though, they are different looking. FI version is pretty more beautiful and matured than other version. Headlamp is the most attractive part of the scooter which makes the look aggressive. Rear part is also sharp. There are black silencer pipe along with standard grabrail.
Engine performance: Honda Beat consists of 108 cc engine displacement which also has air cooled, SI, one cylinder engine technology. It has two valve. The max power of the scooter is 8.68PS@7500 rpm max power and 9.01NM@6500 rpm max torque which is for FI version and 8.28 PS@8000 rpm max power and 8.27Nm@ 6000 rpm max torque for carburetor version. Ignition system is DC – CDI and both self and electric starting system are added to the bike. All gears are automatic.
Dimensions & seating position: Dimension of Honda Beat FI version is (1856 mm * 666 mm * 1068 mm) and carburetor version is (1869 mm * 676 mm * 1047 mm). The weight is also different where the carburetor version is 90 kg and FI version is 94 kg. Fuel tank capacity is 35 litres to 4 litres and it’s changing with the version. It seems that the scooter is pretty light than seems and would be easy to handle.
Suspension & Brakes: Front suspension of the scooter is telescopic fork and rear suspension is mono shock unit swing. Besides, in front wheel, company has used hydraulic ventilated disc brake and rear brake is mechanical leading. Both suspensions and braking system of the scooter are good and reliable.
Mileage: Though, the scooter of Honda yet to available in Bangladesh and so, we do not know the mileage exactly but considering the features, it would provide almost 70 km average mileage.
Instrument Panel & Features: The scooter Honda Beat has almost latest features added to it which consists of analog speedometer but no rpm meter is added. Besides, front panel has fuel gauge, signal indicator and some other features.
Colors & Price: Honda Beat would be available with Nitro Black and Racing Red colors in Bangladesh soon. And price of the bike would be expected hopefully.
