Honda CD110 Dream DX Review
Honda is a reputed two wheeler manufacturing brand which is originated in Japan. Basically, the bikes of Honda are manufactured by Thailand and Indonesia currently or we can call them two different versions. But since few years India has started to assemble the products of Honda and obviously they are regarded as the less valuable than Indonesia and Thailand products. All three types of Honda products are available in Bangladesh. Honda is a big and renowned brand and so, to dominate the market, they used to release different types of new products in market in every season.
One of their upcoming product is Honda CD110 Dream DX which is already available in India but yet to launch in Bangladesh. The bike is a product of Honda but assembled in India. This bike would be one of the most affordable standard commuter in Bangladesh in Honda company.
Honda CD110 Dream DX is a 110 cc good looking bike which is much similar with Honda Dream Neo considering the fuel tank. But rest features are much attractive. Basically, now in the country middle aged people would find 100 cc segment bike with reasonable price and they have one particular requirement which is the mileage. Design & looks: Honda CD110 Dream DX is completely standard looking bike which has beautiful fuel tank with long comfortable seating position. However, the bike consists of four stroke, air cooled and SI engine added. With four gears, the bike can make more than 86 kmph top speed reportedly. Compression ratio of the bike is good considering the same segment bike.
Dimensions & seating position: Honda CD110 Dream DX is 2009 mm long, 737 mm wide and 1074 mm high. The overall dimension of the bike is very standard. It has 179 mm ground clearance with 1258 mm wheelbase. The kerb weight of the bike is 107 kg with can contain 8 litres of fuel. Due to standard and comfortable seating position, two pillion can ride on the bike.
Suspension & Brakes: The bike Honda CD110 Dream DX has reliable quality suspensions added. The front suspension is telescopic fork and rear suspension is spring loaded hydraulic. They can ensure proper comfort for both rider and pillion. During long ride, it will help much. But unfortunately company did not use hydraulic disc brake into the bike where both front and rear brake is 130 mm drum. Besides, the tyres on both side are same measured which are 80/100 – 18 each.
Mileage: Honda CD110 Dream DX would be one of the most economy bike in Bangladesh. According to the company, it would provide very handsome mileage. Average mileage would not less than 70 km reportedly but. 70 km mileage in a stylish 110 cc bike would be more appreciated in Bangladesh.
Instrument Panel & Features: Honda CD110 Dream DX has rich front panel. Though most of the features are analog but updated. It has analog speedometer and analog fuel gauge. Besides, the battery is maintenance free which has AHO system added. There is electric start, tail lamp and trun lamp facilities.
Colors & Price: Honda CD110 Dream DX will come to Bangladesh soon enough. And also four colors would be added at the same times. The colors are Red, Blue, Green and Black.
