Honda is one of the most popular brand throughout the world which is originated in Japan. It is also one of the most oldest bike manufacturing company and their products are currently dominating the market. In India, there is one of the biggest market of Honda bikes along with Indian sub continent. Bangladesh is also one of them where people used to regard Honda products as the most reliable. Though, recently, some products of Honda are assembled in India but still it’s engine is originated in Japan. Like India, Thailand and Indonesia are also assembling Honda products.

There are many types of Honda bikes are available in Bangladesh which are basically divided into sports, standard and scooter categories. But recently, they would launch a dual sports bike in India along with Bangladesh which is Honda NXR 160 Bros.

Recently, in Bangladesh, the cc limits of motorcycle has increased to 165 from 150 and so, there are many 160 cc bikes would release in the country soon and among them NXR 160 Bros is the one. It is a off road bike basically which seems a shadow of Honda XR 150. But is is now more attractive and consists of latest features included. Design & looks: Honda NXR 160 Bros is a sports looking stylish dual sports bike which is a little similar with dirt category bike considering it’s spoke wheel. There are two versions of the bike which are NXR 160 Bros and NXR 160 Bros ESDD. But both are almost same looking. But the difference is their colors. The looks of the bike is very attractive and it has muscular body design with stylish headlamp and seating position. It has unique design silencer pipe which is alike with dirt category. There are also some stickers on the bike but it has decent looks. Tail lamp of the bike is quite different in shape. Considering overall staff, it is a gorgeous looking bike.

Engine performance: Like body panel, Honda NXR 160 Bros has most powerful four stroke engine which is powered by 162.7 cc engine. The engine consists of air cooled, OHC and Electronic injection PGM FI technology included. It has 14.6 HP@ 8500 rpm max power and 14.41 NM@6000 rpm max torque. Due to 160 cc engine, the top speed of the bike would be great.

Dimensions & seating position: Honda NXR 160 Bros is pretty good measured motorcycle which consists of 2067 mm long, 809 mm wide and 1158 mm high. Most amazingly it has 247 mm ground clearance which is perfect for off road. Seat height is also good. It has long seating position with great wheelbase. Tall people would not face any problem to ride this machine. It’s weight is 120 kg and so, it can be controlled easily. Fuel tank capacity is 12 litres and oil tank capacity is 1.2 litres.

Suspension & Brakes: Telescopic fork suspension is used for the front wheel where the front wheel travel is 180 mm. However, the rear suspension is mono shock just like sports bike. Due to mono suspension, it would keep the tyre on track during great speed. However, both brakes of the bike are hydraulic disc. Front brake of the bike is 240 mm and rear brake is 220 mm.

Mileage: However, the bike is NXR 160 Bros yet to launch and so, it’s mileage is still unknown. But considering it’s heavy features, it would be not much but average mileage would be 40 km.

Instrument Panel & Features: Most amazingly, the bike has most stylish digital front panel which has no tachometer. But there are digital speedometer, trip meter, odometer, digital clock, fuel gauge, gear indicator and also a low battery indicator added.
