Kiden KD150 H Review
Standard bikes in Bangladesh are most used category due to standard design with reasonable price. All companies including Indian, Japanese, local and Chinese used to launch their standard products here to dominate the market. Though, considering their reliability, Indian and Japanese brands are examined as most reliable among them. Local and Chinese brands have good looks but their product’s quality are not reliable enough. They are just cheap and attractive in design.
There are only couple of local companies of bike manufacturers are available in the country but they are just assembling products in Bangladesh and the machines are manufactured in China. Like that there are many Chinese brands are currently available here and they are launching their products here with attractive price tags. Most of the brands are new and not so trusted but looks of them are really great.
One of the is Kiden which should be called as newborn in Bangladesh, But at the starting point, they have launched number of bikes with different models in the country with same segment and their price are also same reportedly. These bikes are sporty looking but standard category with all new wind cooling engine. Kiden KD150 H is one of the respective new product of the company and here we talking about it’s details specification review below.
Design & looks: Kiden KD150 H is a good looking standard bike which can be mistaken as naked edition sports bike. It has aggressive design fuel tank with higher seating position but not splitted. There is twin shocks rear suspension instead of mono. The engine guard makes the look very aggressive. It has nice shaped silencer pipe with sporty but comfortable handlebar. Headlamp design are very attractive. Overall, considering the design, Kiden KD150 H is very attractive.
Engine performance: Kiden KD150 H is powered by 150 cc engine displacement with one cylinder and four stroke. Besides, it has new wind cooling engine system with 10 kW max power and 11.5 Nm max torque. Rest features are same as other products of Kiden. But top speed of the bike is different which is 120 kmph reportedly.
Dimensions & seating position: The bike is standard but it’s dimension is pretty less than available standard bikes but bit sporty. It’s dimension is (1928 mm * 783 mm * 1036 mm). Besides, there is 170 mm ground clearance of the bike. Kerb weight is reportedly 125 kg but it has great loading capability. Reportedly the bike can carry 275 kg load at a time. Fuel tank has pretty bigger space which can contain 19.5 litres of fuel including reserve facility.
Suspension & Brakes: The front suspension of Kiden KD 150 H is telescopic and company has used twin shocks in rear portion. It should be more advanced. However, the front brake is hydraulic disc but size is not big and rear brake of the bike KD150 H is drum.
Mileage: Mileage of the bike Kiden KD150 H is not so good and satisfying. The mileage is in medium level. The reported average mileage of the bike is 45 km.
Instrument Panel & Features: Electrical features of the bike Kiden KD150 H is fully updated. There are speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, trun lamp, tail lamp all added. The tail lamp is LED with clear lense trun lamp.

Kiden KD150 H has almost gentle and sports looks both with great handling. Weight of the bike is limited and can be handled easily. Besides, due to standard bike, rider would feel comfort but rest features are not satisfied. It has less resale value and current price seems heavier than thought. Mileage of the bike should be more. Through good service, resale value and demand of this very machine can be improved.
