Yamaha is regarded as one of the top motorcycle company in Bangladesh as well as in the world. They have already launched different models of bikes in different countries but due to the restriction of BRTA, they only launched bikes within the range of 150 cc in Bangladesh. Now, in the Bangladeshi market, a number of models Yamaha bikes are available where FZS Fi Version 2.0 is one of the best as well as at affordable prices.

Yamaha FZS Fi Version 2.0 is the second edition of Yamaha FZS which was released just less than a year ago in Bangladesh. Since the beginning, 1st version of FZS was getting so popular in the country but one problem was faced by the motorcycle which was its high fuel consumption. But in the revised edition of this beast is upgraded in all sectors as well as fuel consumption rate. Now, it’s the mileage is far better than the old one. Though the first version of the bike was categorized as the standard bike now FZS Fi is regarded as the sports bike in Bangladesh which can compare with just Suzuki Gixxer according to the price range.

Design & looks: If we consider the design of FZS Fi V2, we must admit that its looks are so exciting than the older version. The side kits of the fuel tank are changed completely in the new version of this speed machine. Though it is a naked edition bike due to the design, it can fill up the demand of the young generation completely. It’s tank and seating position seems a bit higher which gives the most hotty looks. All in all, it’s design and looks seems perfect for young people.

Engine performance: The engine of this monster is one of the best things. It is completely upgraded which consists of four-stroke, two-valve and SOHC engines. Though, the air cooling system is the same as before but updated 13 bhp @ 8000 rpm maximum power along with 12.8 Nm @ 6000 rpm maximum torque. Besides, fuel injection technology is the latest feature of this bike which is very sensitive.

Dimensions & seating position:  Consists of 1990 mm length, 770 mm width and 1050 mm height, it can impress any bike lovers at first sight. Though, seat height is 790 mm and 1330 mm wheelbase. 160 mm ground clearance would pretty enough for the road. The seating position is also updated which consists of double parts. In the older version, three persons seem easily ride on it but in the newest edition, two pillions would not be easy to ride. The most impressive thing about the bike is its wide tyres. In the 1st version and 2nd version of this FZS bike are used the same measures tyres which are wider than any bikes available in Bangladesh excluding so few. It gives a heavy balance to the riders while cornering or emergency situation.

Suspension & Brakes: In front, the company has used upgraded disc brake and drum brake is used for the rear as like the old version. Yamaha used Telescopic forks suspension technology on its front wheel.

Mileage: According to the opinion of FZS Fi V2 riders, it can provide almost 47 km mileage average which is more than enough from a sports bike which means the company used most update technology to do that. On the highway, the mileage could increase to 52 km.

Instrument Panel & Features: The instrument panel of the bike is fully digital which consists of digital speedometer, digital tachometer, upgraded head, and tail light and so on. Most of the old features are replaced by the latest technology which has also low fuel and low oil indicators along with an upgraded battery.

Colors & Price: Yamaha FZs Fi V3 Double DIsc is only available in the market right now. ACI Motors Ltd. is already stopped single-disc version of this motorbike. Matte Blue and Knight Black is currently available in the market. Current price of this bike is only 228,000/= (BDT).
