Yamaha is one of the few most trustworthy brand of motorcycles throughout the world which used to provide motorcycles in different countries in the world for since long. Among them, Bangladesh is one of them where Yamaha already gained trust from the people by providing the best quality motorcycles. There are plenty of category motorcycles are available in the market but Yamaha always wants to offer customers something better. Due to that within a short time, they used to update the products or introduced new ones. They have still different category motorcycles available in Bangladesh where some of them are sports and some are standard categories.

Design & looks: As a standard motorcycle, Yamaha Saluto is designed well and comparatively better than rest which is also a bit sporty. Engine performance: As like the other available bikes of Yamaha, Saluto 125 has a powerful engine which consists of four-stroke, SOHC and two-valve engine. The air cooling system is a common method of commuter bike. However, this 125 cc engine can produce 8.20 Bhp maximum power along with 10.10 Nm maximum torque. Besides, the bore of the bike is 52.3 mm and stroke is 57.9 mm. Though most 125 cc bikes possesses five-speed gearbox this bike has four.

Dimensions & seating position: By considering the dimension, Yamaha Saluto is a bit larger and aggressive motorcycle than others and so, riders would take it for their first choice. The length of 2035 mm, width 700 mm and height of the bike is 1080 mm respectively. However, the seating position of the bike is 805 mm which is comparatively higher. So, due to seat height, short people would face problems to ride it. The ground clearance is a bit better with 180 mm which helps to protect the engine from obstacles like speed breakers and some others. Besides, the weight of the bike is 112 kg which is a bit low than most of the motorcycles but can easily handle due to lightweight.

Suspension & Brakes: Suspensions and braking system of the bike are good no doubt. Like others, Yamaha used telescopic suspension for the front wheel and for rear updated swing arm suspension is used. Due to the standard category bike, Yamaha does not use mono suspension but due to swing arm, rider and pillion used to feel great comfort. In Saluti 125 Disc, front brake consists of a disc and for Saluto 125 drum, the front brake consists of a drum. The rear brake of this both bikes are drum.

Mileage: Mileage of the bike is good enough which can provide a 60 km mileage average. It can also provide more than 65 km mileage on the highway if riders can maintain the speed of the bike carefully. Besides, mileage mostly depends on the riders how he drives. So, with proper care, a motorcycle can provide the best mileage.

Instrument Panel & Features: Instrument panel of the bike is almost digital and update quality. It consists of a speedometer and a tachometer. Besides, the headlight of the motorcycle is quite bigger and can provide better service at night. However, better quality indicators, tail lamps, and trun lamps are also added to the update features.
