Kawasaki is one of the finest and leading sports motorcycle manufacturer in the world. They are famous for their higher segment racing motorcycle-like Kawasaki H2 and H2R. For a long absence in the 125cc segment, Kawasaki missed out on the young generation riders. Their other bikes are popular all over the world but now they are again trying to catch the 125cc market. This is the best offering bike by the company in a low displacement segment.
Kawasaki’s Bangladeshi authorized distributor Asian Motorbikes LTD launched the baby Ninja 125 a few months ago. But on 13th December 2019, they launched the 2020 global edition in the Bangladeshi market with a new special edition.
There is nothing change in its specification and engine displacement. But it’s definitely got some eye-catchy cosmetic changes. The cosmetic theme is taken from Kawasaki’s worldSBK championship 2019 model. The front fender, side body panels, and front fairing gets the new black cosmetic upgrades. This new edition also comes with a new color option which is Black.
This motorbike carries the same 4-valve, 4-stroke liquid-cooled 125cc engine which can generate 15 HP @ 10,000 rpm maximum power and 11.7 Nm @ 7,700 rpm torque which indicates good acceleration. 6-speed gearbox included for better transmission. It can hit its top speed 120 km/h at a glance. But Kawasaki doesn’t change the price tag of this new edition or reduce the previous version’s price. The market price of this bike remains 499,000 BDT and the naked version of this bike Z125 costs 469,000 BDT.
