Bajaj is the biggest company in India and is the leading motorcycle manufacturing brand in the World. In Bangladesh Bajaj is still dominating the motorcycle market as we know. Its bike Pulsar is the most popular series throughout the country of India and Bangladesh. Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi once dominated the market and undoubtedly it is the most-sold 150 cc bike in the segment in the country. But for a few years, the market of the bike was reduced because people have better alternatives and Pulsar 150 DTSi has no changes at all. So, Bajaj has brought some changes to their trump card and hopefully, it will dominate the market once again. In the ongoing month, Bajaj has launched the new version of Pulsar 150 which is known as the Twin disc version because it has a rear disc brake along with the front disc. Besides, the front disc is pretty bigger than the last one. It has different color combinations added which have no kicker this time only self. The rear tire of the new version is much wider this time which is 120 section tire. Besides, the front panel color is Blue where the last time it was orange. Design & looks: Bajaj Pulsar 150 Twin Disc has come with excellent looks. It has all new color combinations added. The bike has come with Black and Blue, Black and Red, and Black Chrome colors. It has a split seating position just like a sports bike with all new and attractive grab rail just the same as Pulsar 180. It has a muscular fuel tank with a naked engine. The exhaust is also a little changed than earlier. The rear tire is 120 sections with all-new alloy wheels. It has an attractive front end, as usual, It seems that the current looks of Pulsar 150 Twin Disc is very much attractive.
Engine performance: Bajaj Pulsar 150 Twin Disc is powered by a 149 cc engine. It has a four-stroke, DTSi, air-cooled, one cylinder, and BS4 added engine that can generate 13.8 Bhp max power in 8000 rpm. The max torque is 13.4 NM. It has a 5 Map CDI ignition system with a five-speed gearbox and wet multi-plate clutch. The engine can be regarded as powerful enough can make 115 mph top speed reportedly. Besides, the acceleration of the new version seems good. It can take 0 to 60 mph in 5.60 seconds and 0 to 100 mph speed in 17.50 seconds.
Dimensions & seating position: The bike Pulsar 150 Twin Disc is pretty long which is 2055 mm where the width is 755 mm and the height is 1060 mm. It has 165 mm ground clearances and the seat height is 785 mm. The kerb weight of the bike is 144 kg with 15 liters capacity fuel tank. It has sports looking two parted seating position where two pillions can comfortably ride through one pillion would be suitable enough.
Suspension & Brakes: Into the bike Pulsar 150 Twin Disc has front and rear disc brakes. The front brake is 260 mm and the rear brake is 230 mm. Mileage: Pulsar 150 Twin Disc would give handsome mileage. It seems that the older version of Pulsar had the mileage problem but the newer version of the bike can give more than 45 km average mileage reportedly.
Instrument Panel & Features: Most of the features in the front panel of the bike Pulsar 150 Twin Disc are very much updated. There is Blue color added into the front panel features. It has a digital speedometer, digital trip meter, odometer, and fuel gauge but the tachometer is analog. It has also pass light and maintenance-free batteries.
