Hero Thriller 160 4V is a popular motorcycle model produced by Hero MotoCorp, one of the leading two-wheeler manufacturers in India. Recently this bike has been launched in India as Hero Xtreme 160R 4V but it will be launched in Bangladesh as Hero Thriller 160R 4V as soon as possible. Its earlier model Hero Thriller 160R was appreciated in both India and Bangladesh, like this model the previous one was named Hero Xtreme 160R in India. However this new Hero Thriller has come with various graphical & mechanical improvements. Some notable improvements are the previous mode had 2 valve engine whereas this new edition has 4 valve engine, usually the powerful engine able to generate higher max power and torque than before. It has only self starting option but earlier had both self/kick starting options. The new Thriller 160R 4V is slightly weight than the former one. Its has Bluetooth connectivity, inverted LCD display, split seat and so on. With more than 20 features Hero Connected 2.0 offers emergency alerts and safety features.

Overall, the Hero Thriller 160 4V is known for its blend of style, performance, and value for money, making it a compelling choice for riders seeking a versatile and affordable motorcycle for daily commuting and occasional rides. In the 160cc segment, the Hero Thriller 160R 4V competes with other popular motorcycles like the Bajaj Pulsar NS160, TVS Apache RTR 160 4V, Yamaha FZ-S and etc.

Design & looks: Hero Thriller 160R 4V has been designed based on its origin Hero Xtreme 160R 4Vwhich one has launched in India. The bike is kept as much as minimalistic but has a sporty glimpse. The dual tone muscular fuel cowl very sharply curved to riding seat chamber. On this front the T shape all LED head lamp and winkers just beneath the fully digital console gets attention, it seems that something peeping at the middle of the fuel tank. The pillion seat is higher position than the raider on that looks premium as sports bikes, to secure safety there is grab rail. In rear the LED tail lamp is very well positioned, the side mounted exhaust made rear side very sporty and agile.

Engine Performance: This the second of 160 cc segment motorcycle in Hero MotoCorp lineup, Hero Thriller 160R 4V is powered by 163.3 cc single cylinder 4 stroke Air-Cooled, 4Valve engine which produces 16.9Ps/12.4kW@ 8500 rpm maximum power and 14.6 @6500 rpm maximum torque. The manufacturer branding this bike as the fastest motorcycle ever in this segment though its top speed remain hide. This 4V engines is merged with 5 speed gearbox and wet multiplate clutch to provide softer and smooth transmission. This monster bike accelerate with superfast speed within moment to thrill the street of city and highway.

Dimension & Seating position: Hero Thriller 160R 4V prides to be the well dimension bike in naked sports segment motorcycle. Rider seat and foot pegs are very consciously placed to make comfort average height riders, pillion seat slight upper than rider’s seat which looks sporty. It is barely 144kg weight that swiftly go through traffic and enhance raiding efficiency. On the other hand its seat height, length, wheelbase and other are designed to raiding-friendly purpose.

Suspension & Brake: Hero Thriller 160R 4V is boasted with telescopic 37mm Dia in front and 7 Step adjustable monoshock in rear for softer a comfortable raiding without any sort of backpain or tiredness. Hero Thriller 160R 4V consisting 276mm front petal disc and a 220mm rear petal disc to secure instant braking within a moment. Hero uses 100/80- 17 tyre in front and 130/70 R – 17 in rear, both are tubeless with excellent grip.

Mileage: Hero Thriller 160R 4V bound to provide maximum mileage though it is not officially disclosed.

Instrumental Panel & Features: Hero Thriller 160R 4V is equipped with inverted LCD console to provide essential indications. Moreover Hero Thriller 160R 4V comes with Hero Connected 2.0 which offers 20+ safety and alert features.
