All these make his overall number followers crossing 33 million mark, the most by any racer.
However, Rossi has retired and among the currently active racers, Marc Marquez leads the chart and holds overall 2nd spot. The Spaniard has over 16 million followers. His numbers tell, more than 7m on Insta, over 4.5m on FB, and crossing 2.5m on X/Twitter. He also has his TikTok with more than 1.7m followers. In fact, Marquez has an official YouTube channel that has over 337k subscribers to date.
In our list, Fabio Quartararo holds the next spot with an overall 3.8 million followers. But actually Jorge Lorenzo could have grabbed the spot but currently stands next to Quartararo. Lorenzo’s social media followers are in excess of 3.5 million at least. But it doesn’t include his popular FB page which isn’t available at the moment.
