Niloy Motors Ltd, the sole distributor of world’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer Hero MotoCrop delightedly unveiled the most anticipated “Hero Karizma XMR and Hero Thriller 160r 4V” in Bangladesh. A couple of months after the global launching of Hero Karizma XMR and Hero Thriller 160R 4V at ECMA motor show in Milan and India both of the bikes have been launched in Bangladesh in a day-long ceremony at ICCB (International Conventional City Banshundhara) Dhaka. Pre-booking will start from 14 February 2024 both online and offline and motorcycles will be handed over to the customers in March 2024. Customers will be able to pre-brook Hero Karizma XMR with 30,000/- taka only and Hero Thriller 160R 4V with 20,000/- only.
Hero Karimzma XMR price is set to 499,990/- BDT and Hero Thriller 160R 4V price is 274,990/-BDT in Bangladesh. First 210 customers will get the highly hyped Hero Karizma at 399.990/- BDT and the introductory price of Hero Thriller 160r 4V has been kept at 254,990/- BDT.
On this occasion, Sanjay Bhan Chief Business Officer – Global Business Unit, Hero MotoCrop expresses his feelings and aspirations about Karizma XMR and Thriller 160R 4v. He said the premium segment Karizma XMR and Thriller 160R 4V will be appreciated and received by biking enthusiasts in Bangladesh. He also remembers Hero Hunk and Thriller had been highly praised and still hold a strong presence here. Hero also entered in 210 cc segment with the iconic Karizma XMR immensely improved with the latest features and technology. Hero MotoCrop hopes the new Karizma XMR will revive the Karizma craze years back in Indian market. Thriller 160R 4V comes up with more catchy graphics and the latest features than its previous one.
Hero Karizma XMR is the second higher cc motorcycle in Bangladesh followed by Pulsar N250, Hero brought the Kamrizma XMR with full-faired muscular looks and massive mechanical improvement. Karizma XMR is powered by 210 cc Single Cylinder Liquid Cooled, 4V DOHC Fi engine that produces 25.5 PS @9250 rpm of maximum power and 20.4 Nm @7250 rpm of maximum torque. The refined engine is mated with a 6-speed constant mash geat box and wet type spil & assist clutch, meanwhile, Hero uses anti-friction bush telescopic suspension in front and 6-step adjustable gas-charged mono-shock suspension in the rear. In braking segments Karizma XMR is equipped with dual channel ABS in with 300 mm dia petal disc in front and 200 mm dia petal disc in rear, Karizma has both alloy wheels and tubeless tires. Hero Kazima XMR comes with fully digital LCD instrumental cluster features turn-by-turn navigation which is first in the segment. You can connect your mobile phone via Bluetooth connectivity to display all notifications like caller ID, SMS battery status on the cluster. the D-class LED projector headlamp is paired with intellengent illumination which is also segment first.

Hero Thriller 160 4V is an upgrade of Thriller 160R which was launched ago but didn’t create much hyped because of its compact design. The new Thriller 160R 4V comes with more sporty and bulky looks and exciting dimensions. Hero Thriller 160R 4V houses a 163.3 cc single cylinder 4 stroke Air-Cooled, 4Valve engine to make 16.9Ps/12.4kW@ 8500 rpm maximum power and 14.6 @6500 rpm maximum torque. This powerful 4V engine is merged with 5 speed gearbox and wet multi-plate clutch to provide softer and smooth transmission, getting superfast acceleration in jus a moment. Thriller 160R 4V is branded as the fastest motorcycle ever in this segment but didn’t disclose its top speed. Hero Thriller 160R 4V consisting 276mm front petal disc and a 220mm rear petal disc to stop the bike in a while.
Hero Thriller 160R 4V has been launched in two different colors Neon Shooting Star & Matt Slate Black.
