Taro Venom has been manufactured mostly for the young generation, who are fond of sports bikes. Undoubtedly Taro Venom will hold the market for full-faired naked sports bikes because it may be compared with world-famous sports bikes Ducati, Aprilia and others. Its amazing features and catchy looks able to impact bikers’ minds.
Taro Vrmon’s 165 cc engine air-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC, 2-valve engine can produce maximum power is 19 Bhp @ 9500 RPM and torque 20 Nm @ 9000 RPM. Though its sometimes depends on the rider, Italian brand Taro claims that this bike runs 140 kilometres per hour which is really unbelievable for Bangladesh road conditions.
Now Taro Venom is available in Bangladesh in grey colour and its price is 3,70,000 Taka.
Design & Looks: Taro Venom is designed in only one solid colour ( Gray available in Bangladesh) but it has maintained a premium quality. As it has no multiple colour combinations its textures and colour grade are wisely engraved. Its LED 12V, 35 / 35W X 1,35W X 1 and 12.8 L capacity muscular fuel tank made it more sporty. Yamaha FZs, Frazer and Pulsar N160 are sightly similar to Venom.
Taro Venom looks ordinary but it has something extraordinary.
Engine Performance: Engine is called as the heart of any machine. Taro didn’t compromise to infuse a powerful engine in Taro Venom. Its 165 cc engine air-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC, 2-valve engine can produce maximum power is 19 Bhp @ 9500 RPM and torque 20 Nm @ 9000 RPM. An adept rider can cross 140 km per hour. Company claims that this bike can provide approximately 40 km mileage but there are huge controversy.
Dimensions & seating position: Taro Venom’s structural dimension is well furnished. Its length 1,990 mm, width of 780 mm, and height is 1,080 mm. its ground clearance is 165 mm which is comfortable for any rider. Rider seat is very comfortable and the pillion seat is higher than rider one.
Suspension & Brakes: Taro Venom has been featured with 320 mm Disc (Dual-channel ABS) brake with a 110 / 80-17M / C (52P) Tubeless tire and a 220 mm disc brake with 150 / 60-R17M / C (63P) Tubeless tire on the back. Its alloy wheel and tsuspension front is a Telescopic fork and the rear is a 7-Step Adjustable Monocross Suspension made the bike more comfortable and ride friendly.
Mileage: As we know sports bikes are as not as fuel efficient as commuter bikes. Taro claims that Venom can provide average 40 km mileage but this statement has been controverted by many professionals. In different road conditions city and highway it average mileage is between 35 to 38 km per litter.
Instrument Panel & Features: Taro Venom has been infused with full digital instruments and features. Its 12V, 4.0AH (10H), Sealed type Batary provide a long time performance. 12V, 35 / 35W X 1,35W X 1 full LED headlamp and 12V,21/5W x 1 tail lamp ensure your crystal clear view at night. There are also fuel, battery and passing indicators. Taro used a digital speedometer, odometer and tachometer.
