Yamaha is one of the most popular and reliable motorcycle brands in Bangladesh. Yamaha latest maxi-scooter Aerox has been launched in Bangladesh, this super scooter comes with a host of the latest features. Yamaha previously introduced Ray ZR Street but the new Aerox is much improved and modern in all means. Aerox comes with sporty and muscular looks, its cosmetical and mechanical outburst enhance it supremacy. As a performance-oriented scooter it is power by 155 cc powerful engine and supported by comfortable suspensions. In braking section it is improvised with ABS braking system to ensure proper balanced and effective braking. As a modern scooter, it is equipped with a bunch of digital features including digital cluster displays trip and fuel consumption related data as well as a VVA indicator and a tachometer. Its all the latest features and technical innovations contribute for better mileage. As a new era smart scooter Yamha Aerox is equipped with Y-connected, a Bluetooth-connected mobile app featuring Fuel Consumption Tracker, Maintenance Recommendations, Last Parking Location, Malfunction Notification, Revs Dashboard, Ranking and others information. Engine Performance: Yamaha Aerox houses 155 cc Liquid Cooled, 4-Stroke, SOHC, 4-Valve VVA engine mated with V-belt automatic transmission and dry, centrifugal automatic clutch bound to generate 14.80 Bhp @ 8000.00 rpm of maximum power and 13.90 Nm @ 6500.00 rpm of maximum torque. It is said that it also makes 120 km/h top speed. Aerox also features an automatic stop & start system that automatically stops the engine during idle periods such as traffic jams and others to reduce fuel consumption. The smart motor system eliminates gear sound and silently starts the bike every time. Yamaha Aerox paired with Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) to contribute for pleasant linear acceleration.
Dimension and seating position: Yamaha Aerox is designed with sporty and aggressive concept, it gets well-proportioned physical dimensions of Overall Length x Width x Height 1,980 x 700 x 1,150 (Spec. in mm). Its 790 mm seat height and 145 mm ground clearance make the scooter more comfortable and convenient for all riders irrespective of taller and comparatively shorter riders. Despite a maxi scooter, Aerox has 1350mm which unusual for conventional scooters. On the other hand, Aerox is boosted with a large external fuel tank that contains 5.5 liters of fuel to skip frequent refueling, it is also helpful for long-distance riding. Suspension and Brakes: Yamaha Aerox arrives with updated suspension, brakes and tires, the structure of this scooter is supported by basic telescopic fork in front and unit swing rear suspensions, this setup more than enough for smooth and comfortable riding. Aerox gets 230 mm front disc and 130 mm drum in the rear, for better balance and efficiency the braking system is improvised with single-channel ABS. The scooter rolls on alloy wheels covered by both tubeless tires of 110/80-14M/C 53P in front and 140/70-14M/C 62P in rear for better grip on spot braking.
Instrument Panel & Features: Yamaha Aerox is bestowed with an enriched instrumental panel of Traction Control System that reduces the chances of a wheelspin. Its single bi-functional LED unit increases brightness (Class-D). Aerox has a fully digital speedometer that produces essential notifications to help the rider, moreover it is connected by Y-connect Bluetooth app consisting features like Fuel Consumption Tracker, Maintenance Recommendations, Last Parking Location, Malfunction Notification, Revs Dashboard, Ranking.
Mileage: Yamaha Aerox is a high-end scooter that provides approximately 35-40 km/l mileage, though it is tough to mention exactly, in different road conditions it may differ. Because of fuel injection fuel supply system in city or highway ride, Yamaha Aerox provides maximum mileage.
