Engine Performance: Yamaha Aerox houses 155 cc Liquid Cooled, 4-Stroke, SOHC, 4-Valve VVA engine mated with V-belt automatic transmission and dry, centrifugal automatic clutch bound to generate 14.80 Bhp @ 8000.00 rpm of maximum power and 13.90 Nm @ 6500.00 rpm of maximum torque. It is said that it also makes 120 km/h top speed. Aerox also features an automatic stop & start system that automatically stops the engine during idle periods such as traffic jams and others to reduce fuel consumption.
