Kawasaki is one of the top three Japanese brands as well as one of the leading motorcycle manufacturing company in the current world. Though, the products of Kawasaki are pretty much higher and out of reach from the middle-class people. But there is no question about the quality of the Kawasaki products.

But also, like many countries, the young people of Bangladesh want the products of Kawasaki in Bangladesh though many years ago, India made their products jointly with Kawasaki and the name of the product was Kawasaki Bajaj. But later, they were separated. Since then, Bangladesh has not seen the brand of Kawasaki but recently according to the demands of the people of the country, they have brought a couple of categories of the bike in Bangladesh but due to heavy price tags, these bikes are not getting popular. One of the is Kawasaki Z125. Kawasaki does not export sports category bikes in Bangladesh because most of the people would not afford that bike. So, their exported categories are mainly dirt bikes and some others. Kawasaki Z125 is not dirt but also not as usual a standard or sports bike. It is pretty small and called a mini standard category bike. But if we look at the price tag of this machine, it’s quite heavy than expected. The specification details of Kawasaki Z125 are given below.

Design & looks: Kawasaki Z125 has simply gorgeous looks that are designed in Japan. The bike is small and short but the muscular fuel tank where at the edge, the extended kit is added which makes the looks aggressive. The bike is also considered a mini sports bike due to heavy sporty design. It has a small seating position but seems comfortable where small tyres with the latest alloy wheels. It has also attractive engine guard which is almost alike with Apache RTR. The bike is naked but due to advance design, it looks complete faired edition bike.

Engine performance: Kawasaki is a leading Japanese brand and so, there is no question about the quality of the product and they always used the best quality engine to their products and they did the same thing to Z125. It consists of 125 cc engines with 9.4 Bhp max power and considering the power, the torque is also good. The compression ratio of Z125 is also good at 9.8:1. Due to the air cooling system, it can be told as a mini standard bike where the kick-starting method is reduced. However, the latest fuel injection technology is used to the bike and so, it’s mileage is good. COnsists of the four-speed gearbox, the top speed of the bike Kawasaki Z125 would not less than 100 km per hour.

Dimensions & seating position: Kawasaki Z125 is a mini standard bike that is suitable for short people. But, it does not mean that normal people can not ride it. However, It’s length is 1700 mm where a normal standard bike’s length would be at least 2040 mm. The width of the bike is 740 which is almost the same but the height is 1005. Though the fuel tank seems small it has 7.4 litres fuel containing space. The kerb weight of the bike is 101 which is pretty heavy than looks.

Suspension & Brakes: 3.9 in travel telescopic fork suspension is used for the front side of Kawasaki Z125 and 4.1 in the travel swing arm, single shock suspension is used for the rear. The suspensions are reliable and matching with the wide tyres where the tyres of the bike are pretty wider than a standard bike. One thing of the bike is heavy updated which are both disc brakes. In front, a 200 mm petal disc brake is used and on rear 184 mm disc brake is used. Due to both disc brakes, the controlling would be better.

Mileage: The bike Kawasaki Z125 is new in Bangladesh and so, there are no many users of the products yet. So, we can not collect the real mileage information about this mini machine. But, considering the cc limits and configurations, the mileage of the bike would not less than 45 km average.

Instrument Panel & Features: Only the tachometer of Kawasaki Z125 is analog but the rest features of the bike are fully digital and updated. The digital features consist of a speedometer, trip meter, odometer, clock, fuel gauge, gear display, low battery indicator, and low fuel warning light.

Colors & Price: The price of Kawasaki Z125 is reportedly higher than expected. Its current price in Bangladesh is 2,50,000 BDT. Metallic Graphite Gray and Candy Lime Green are the two available colors of the bike now.
