Lifan is a leading China brand motorcycle manufacturing company whose products are currently available in Bangladesh also. They used to provide the latest technology product within the most reasonable price range but due to China’s brand origin, they yet to achieve huge massive benefits from Bangladesh. Russell Industries is the main distributor of Lifan motorcycles in Bangladesh. Recently they have introduced two new motorcycles in Bangladesh. One is Cruiser and another one is off-road.

There is a few off-road motorcycle we can see on our country. Off road bikes are basically used for long ride and in rough road condition. Basically those riders who love to adventure should definitely have one of this bike.

Design & looks: Adventure bikes have the common basic design. Up-raised seating and riding position, upper mounted exhaust, front fender, spoke wheels are the common for an off-road bike. Lifan X-Pect is also has these basic designs. This bike has black background all over its body but the color change is only at its front kit which is located bottom of the fuel tank. The headlight unit is trapezoidal and equipped with a halogen bulb. But the tail light offers a LED setup.

Engine performance: Engine performance is an important part of an adventure bike. When you would try to ride in hill road or a rough condition, you need raw power and excellent throttle response. This bike equipped with a Vertical single-cylinder, four-stroke, Air-cooled, Power Push-rod, 150cc engine that can produce 14 bhp maximum power at 8000 rpm and 14 Nm of torque at 6500 rpm. For the smooth transmission Lifan used 5-speed gearbox and wet multi-plate clutch. The top speed of this bike would be around 110 km/h.

Dimensions & seating position: The bike has a pretty long seating position where two pillions can ride. The single stair seat is also well-cushioned. However, the kerb weight of the bike is 130 kg respectively which is slightly lighter than normal 150cc standard commuter bike. Basically off-road bikes are made lightweight for better controlling. The wheelbase is good at 1360 mm. The fuel tank has pretty enough space that can contain 10 liters. The dimension of the bike is 2050 mm length, 790 mm width and 1325 mm height. The standard ground clearance of this bike is 220 mm. 

Suspension & Brakes: This bike has a Telescopic suspension in the front and a swingarm mono-shock suspension in the rear wheel. Telescopic suspension can provide a great performance on any road condition. It gets spoke wheels and the the tyres are tube type. In front Lifan used 90/90-17 section and 110/90-17 section on the front wheel. It also have disc brake in the front and drum brake in the rear. There is no CBS/ABS system on it.

Instrument Panel & Features: The instrument panel is just like the other Lifan bike’s available in Bangladesh, which is semi-digital. The tachometer is analog, but the odometer, trip-meter, fuel gauge, gear indicator features are digital.

Colors & Price: There are three color are available for this motorcycle, those are Green, Red and Orange. The current market price of this bike is 175,000 /- BDT only.
