List of Motorcycles Having CBS Braking System In Bangladesh

CBS is one of the safest and advanced braking systems in motorcycles. Though it’s using all over the world for a long time but it’s not using widely in Bangladesh yet. We can find a few bikes with CBS braking systems in our country. The foreign and domestic brands are trying to launch their ABS included bikes for their customers.

WHAT IS CBS (COMBINED BRAKING SYSTEM)

CBS (Combined Braking System) is a modern braking system that gives safety and riding confidence to the biker. CBS connects the front and rear brakes of the bike. It means that, if you will press any of the brakes then it will apply for both. It reduces the braking distance and skidding. Its help to prevent a sudden accident. But its price is a little bit higher than the regular braking system. That’s why it’s not using in commuter bikes.

Motorcycle brands launched a few amounts of CBS contained bike in our country. Let’s take a look at those bikes.

Honda CB Hornet 160R

Honda CB Hornet is a naked edition standard bike but sometimes compared with a sports bike as well. Honda is the oldest motorcycle company in the world which is originated in Japan. Honda CB Hornet 160R has a powerful engine with actual 162.71 cc displacement. Engine can generate 15.04 @ 8500 rpm max power and 14.76 Nm @ 6500 rpm max torque. Hornet is specially better for it’s braking (CBS) and it have best braking system on this segment.

Lifan KPR 165

Lifan KPR 165 has come with an updated Fi engine,  The engine consists of one cylinder and four-stroke which has oil cooled technology added. The reported top speed of the bike is 150 kmph with a six-speed gearbox. Besides, like the older version, the bike also has an oil-cooled engine which generates Maximum power 17Bhp @ 8000rpm and its maximum torque is 17Nm. Lifan KPR 165 Carburetor can runs KM per hour and it burns fuel 45 KM per Liter.
