TVS XL 100 Comfort Overall Review
TVS is currently a leading Indian motorcycle manufacturing brand which is also heavily demanded in the country. Most of the products are available in their neighbor country Bangladesh and so, it is the same demand in Bangladesh as well. After Bajaj, TVS is the most valuable Indian two-wheeler brand which is currently dominating the motorcycle market in Bangladesh along with Bajaj.
In every year, TVS used to launch their newborn products or upgrade version products in the country and as per the schedule, they are going to launch an updated version of XL 100 Comfort in the country. Basically, the older version of the moped bike is known as TVS XL 100 and now, Comfort is added to the two-wheeler. It is basically a scooter that is completely unique in looks. So, it is also called a moped category bike.
The previous version of the scooter is very cheap in the price range and most males are using this category of two-wheeler. But it is also compatible with female riders.
However, the mileage of the scooter will be good as expected. The latest version of XL 100 Comfort will be available in Bangladesh soon hopefully. Let’s see the details of TVS XL 100 Comfort below.
Design & looks: TVS XL 100 Comfort is not so attractive moped bike or scooter but it has a decent look no doubt. It has a gentle handlebar with a classic round headlamp. The seat is small but thick. It has an ordinary pillion grabrail and there is a front space just ahead of the seat. The wheels are spoken with a long exhaust. Besides, the engine of the scooter is fully naked.
Engine performance: TVS XL 100 Comfort is just an upgrade version of XL 100 and it has basically 99.7 cc engine that can create 4.3 Bhp max power in 6000 rpm. Besides, its maxed torque is 6.5 Nm in 3500 rpm. Consists of a four-stroke and one-cylinder engine the scooter has a flywheel ignition system. The clutch is the centrifugal wet type and there is a single-speed gearbox.
Dimensions & seating position: XL 100 Comfort is a light scooter that is pretty standard in size but light in weight. It is 2020 mm long, 750 mm wide, and 1110 mm high. Besides, the seat height is 770 mm which has a 1215 mm wheelbase. The ground clearance is 155 mm. The moped category bike has 4 liters capacity fuel tank with 1.3 liters reserve capacity. The kerb weight of the scooter is 80 kg. The seat is small where only one pillion hardly rides with a rider.
Suspension & Brakes: XL 100 Comfort has full-spoke wheels and it has almost reliable suspensions added. The front suspension is telescopic spring type hydraulic and the rear suspension is a swing arm with hydraulic shocks. Besides, both brakes of the scooter are drums where the front brake is an 80 mm drum and the rear brake is a 110 mm drum.
Mileage: TVS XL 100 Comfort would provide very handsome mileage. Some websites have claimed that its mileage would be more than 65 km but considering the segment average mileage of the scooter will be more than 60 km hopefully.
Instrument Panel & Features: TVS XL 100 Comfort has not updated the instrument console. But there are speedometer, odometer, and fuel gauge added. It has also a headlamp, tail lamp, and turn lamp facilities.
