Walton Prizm 110 Review

Walton is one of the most popular Bangladeshi brand motorcycle manufacturing company and they already launched number of models of motorcycles in the country. Some of them are too good to look. Walton Prizm 110 is one of the few models which has become popular within short period. It is basically 107cc motorcycle which looks are pretty similar with Hero Xtreme Sports. Though, it is a standard category motorcycle but due to it’s looking, young generations of Bangladesh feel free to ride it as a sports bike. The motorbike is consisting of CDI ignition along with front hydraulic braking system. Excluding kick, the bike is featured with self and remote starting system as well.

Design & looks: According to the design, Prizm 110 has complete sports looks which can be loved easily by any bike lovers at the first sight. The design of rest models of Walton motorcycles, Prizm is completely different. It’s fuel tank is well shaped and suitable sitting position gives it a sports looks.

Engine performance: Consists of Euro3 standard engine which is single cylinder, air cooled and 107 cc displacement, it can produce 5.5 kw @ 7500 rpm maximum power and maximum torque is 5.3 Nm @ 6000 rpm. Being an 110 cc bike, it can run with 100 km per hour highest. Besides, it’s net weight is almost 107.5 kg which means it would be pretty heavier than looks and also heavier than any same segment motorcycles. Due to this weight, it can run with top speed without any vibration.

Dimensions & seating position: According to the specifications length, width and height of the bike is (2010 * 880 * 1315) mm which is pretty standard and due to standard seating position, it can cause no problem to the riders as well. However, the seat is long enough to ride with two pillions though standard procedure to ride a bike just one pillion.

Suspension & Brakes: Telescopic suspension is used for front portion of the motorcycle and rear suspension id twin shocks. Twin Shocks is regarded as one of the better suspension system which is now used for the upgraded two wheeler drives. It used to provide more comfortable to the riders and pillions. Besides, the braking system of this standard bike is also good. Front brake is disc and rear brake is drum which is very easy to control.

Mileage: Most disappointing thing is that it’s mileage. It just provide 40 km mileage in average which is almost poorer as 110 cc bike. But, on the highway, the mileage would be increased to 45 km but in city, it seems unacceptable. So, better fuel tuning would be the only option to get more mileage.

Instrument Panel & Features: Complete digital gear display make the bike amazing which has also speedometer and tachometer as well. Besides, considering the extra features the bike is added with fuel efficient system, mobile phone indicator, remote control system and anti theft facility.
