Yamaha FZs Fi V3 Feature Review
Yamaha is one of the leading motorcycle brand all over the world. They are known for their powerful Blue core engine and better braking system. Recently they launched the latest version of the FZ series. The new FZs V3 is inspired by its old version FZ V2 and FZ25. But it’s received some updates on its feature. This version of FZs is a little bit more expensive than the previous one.
This naked streetfighter looks hulking and gets more advanced features than before. This bike has a wider front-end stance than previous person FZs V2. Yamaha brings a slightly higher handlebar compared to the previous model and it will give more comfort to the riders. Yamaha is popular for their braking and they add Bosch single-channel ABS system in this new version of FZs.
FZ Vs FZs (Version 3.0): Basically FZ and FZs are the same bikes with the same engine and technology. There have only a few differences. FZs V3 has chromium color on its fuel tank air intake, it has engine cowl as well which don’t have in FZ Version 3. There is also a difference in color as well.
Design & looks: Yamaha FZs V3 gets a little influence from its previous version and FZ25 bigger version. The front end of the bike gets some new looks with a new tank design, tank shrouds, and a new console. Handlebar position is a little bit raised than the previous version for the riding comfort. Its new tyre hugger and new exhaust muffler give it a sportier look. This bike’s headlight area is also familiar like its elder siblings. Newly designed stylish plastic resin tank cover will give it an extra sporty look.
Engine performance: Yamaha FZs V3 is inspired by its advance blue core engine technology. This naked sports bike has a 149cc displacement air-cooled engine which can deliver 13.2 PS @ 8000 rpm maximum power and 12.8 Nm @ 6000 rpm maximum torque. this motorbike got 5-speed gearbox better performing transmission. It can hit 112 km/h top speed but it’s a little bit less than other 150cc segment bikes because of its Fuel injection system.
Dimensions & seating position: New sub-frame sitting position is added in its feature. It will give extra comfort to the riders. FZs V3 has a standard height of 1030 mm, width 770 mm, length 2073 mm. The seat height of this bike is 780 mm and 160 mm ground clearance. Alloy wheels are used in this bike. The tyres size is sporty. where front size is 100/80-17 and rear is 140/60 -17.
Suspension & Brakes: Telescopic Fork suspension is used for the front end and Swingarm (Monocross) suspension for the rear. It will provide a good balance and comfort. Petal discs are used in both brakes and one channel ABS braking system is also included in its feature for better control. It will provide safety and will reduce the braking distance. According to the record, it can get it’s top speed 112 km/h with 150 kg weight.
Mileage: We can’t expect efficient mileage on a sports bike. But this new version has a handsome mileage close to 45 km/L. But it would give more mileage on the highway of 50 km/L. This bike can give better efficiency for a sporty bike.
Instrument Panel & Features: The instrument panel of Yamaha FZs V3 is completely rationalized with digital meters along with digital tachometer, trip meter, odometer, low fuel warning. Besides, the bike has a similar headlamp like the previous version.
Colors & Price: The market price of Yamaha FZs Fi V3 is BDT 262,500 according to the latest update. FZs Version 3 has three colors which are Metric Black, Racing Blue, Matt Black. On the other hand, FZ V3 has two different colors those are blue and black.
I use bike for long ride. Previously I have used so many bike but FZS V3 is different thing. I don’t feel any back pain to ride this bike long time. I get around 43 KML. Breaking and balance is good But the initial pickup is not enough for me.
FZs V3 is a decent bike but I expect the dual channel ABS and little more initial pickup.
It looks muscular but don’t have sufficient power. When I going to overtake any vehicle, I feel very uncomfortable. Either breaking balance is good.
I am very happy for after sales service to buy this bike. It was my dream bike. It looks more muscular than V2. ABS is very supportive.
FZs V3 বাইকটি আমার স্বপ্নের বাইক। আলহামদুলিল্লাহ বাইক থেকে নিজের করে নিতে পেরেছি। বাইকটির ব্রেকিং, সিটিং পজিশন, রাইডিং পজিশন ও কন্ট্রোলিং খুবই ভালো। কিন্তু আমার কাছে মনে হয় বাইকটাতে আরেকটু পাওয়ার থাকলে ভালো হতো। হাইওয়ে রাইট এর সময় অন্যান্য ভেহিকেল কে ওভারটেক করার জন্য বেশ বেগ পেতে হয়। তবে রেগুলার ব্যবহারের জন্য এই বাইকটি অসাধারণ।
