Keeway is a famous Hungarian motorcycle brand. They started their journey in Bangladesh just a few years ago. But in this short time, they able to gain success in Bangladesh. Aftab Motors LTD imports their bikes and sole distributor in Bangladesh. Earlier, they only launched a two-wheeled motorcycle in the Bangladesh market. But now they are trying to catch the scooter market as well.

Keeway launched its second scooter K-blade recently in Bangladesh. Though it’s a 125cc segment scooter it gets the sporty look, stunning body design and decent amount of engine power. In the first look, it seems like a 150cc scooter. The scooter market is getting bigger in our country. Scooters are easy to control and passing through the traffic. K-blade 125 can be a great choice for those who want to ride a lightweight scooter but sporty looking. So, Keeway adds its best on this scooter.

Design & looks: Keeway k-blade is a sports category looking scooter. This two-wheeler gets eye-catching cutting edge design that can easily get the attention during the ride. It comes with multi-colored body decals. Which increased its look and make it more appealing. Bikini fairing headlamp and front apron got the aggressive design. Front and rear side indicators are adjusted with its body. It also gets two pocket storage in front and large storage under the seat. A large roomier stair seat is added on its feature to provide more comfort to riders. Double barrel sporty exhaust looks amazing with its aluminum muffler.

Engine performance: The engine power comes from a 4-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled, 124 cc displacement engine. This compact engine can easily churn out 8.44 bhp maximum power at 7500 rpm and 6.3 kW torque at 7500 rpm. This scooter can deliver a decent amount of acceleration but in a smooth manner. It doesn’t get vibration during high speed. Automatic CVT gearbox mated with the engine and it helps to get smooth acceleration. This two-wheeler scooter can easily reach 90+ km/h.

Dimensions & seating position: People buy a scooter for comfort and easy moving. This scooter gets a large roomier stair seat for comfortable riding. The handle bar is a little rise and it will help to get better controlling. The overall dimension is ideal for a standard scooter where height is 1060 mm, width 700 mm and length 1820 mm. It also has a good ground clearance of 137 mm and seat height 750 mm. 5-spoke cast alloy wheels are used and the wheel size is 1280 mm. 80/80-14 and 100/80 section tyres are used in front and rear wheel.

Suspension & Brakes: This K-blade 150 can provide better balance and control for using 55 mm Telescopic forks suspension in front and 82 mm Telescopic coil spring oil damped suspension in the rear wheel. Ark bar truck frame chassis is helpful to get a steady and proper balance. The braking section is powered with a 220 mm Single Disc brake in front and a 130 mm drum brake in the rear.

Mileage: For this scooter, mileage will not be an issue. Keeway k-blade can give an average of 45 km/l mileage. But it can provide 40 km/l in off-road/cities and 50 km/l in the highway. However, this could be one of the best in its segment.

Instrument Panel & Features: The instrument panel of Keeway k-blade is fully digital. The tachometer, speedometer, odometer, trip meter, clock are digital. It also has a compartment lock storage in front of small accessories.
