The usage of two-wheelers is getting heavier day by day in Bangladesh where the different branded motorcycle is available in the market. Though, Chinese brand bikes are still low demanded due to poor quality and comparatively bad servicing. But, in the meantime, Lifan which is a leading Chinese motorcycle manufacturer exported its product in Bangladesh through their main distributor Russell Industries Ltd. Just more than a couple of years ago, Russell Industries launched Lifan KPR 150 in Bangladesh and through the bike, they changed the thinking of the people about Chinese products. They provided better service to their customers which encouraged people to buy their products. After getting popularity, they started to launch new products in the market where Lifan KP150 is most remarkable. In the first edition of Lifan KP150, some complaints were received and so, later, they brought the second and updated edition of the bike which is currently available in the market known as Lifan KP150 V2.0.

The updated edition of KP is basically a sports category bike which is comparatively smaller than most sports bikes. Besides, the bike has many similarities with Lifan KPR 150 where KPR is a full faired bike and KP is a naked edition bike. Design & looks: The looks of the bike Lifan KP150 is very hot. It’s a completely stylish naked edition bike that has the same fuel tank as it’s faired sibling KPR with an aggressive kit that is attached to both sides of the tank. Stylish, suitable and powerful LED headlamp included to the bike along with a compatible and comfortable seating position. A nicely placed handlebar makes the looks more gorgeous. Besides, it has stylish alloy wheels which compatible wide tyres.

Engine performance: The engine power of the bike is the same as KPR. The bike consists of 149 cc engine which can produce 14.8 Bhp @ 8500 rpm max power with suitable 14 Nm @ 6500 rpm max torque. Because it is a sports quality bike and so, it can make more than 120 km per hour top speed easily. Besides, it’s cooling system is a liquid which is compatible with a sports bike. The only electric starting system is included in the bike which has a six-speed gearbox.

Dimensions & seating position: Length, width, and height of Lifan KP150 are 2060 mm, 745 mm and 1080 mm respectively. However, the dimension is very good which is related to controlling directly. A good dimension is always provided good controlling to the riders and so, in that case, KP150 is very good. Besides, the weight of the bike is 138 which is bearable as a sports bike. The fuel tank of the bike is big enough which can contain 15 liters of fuel at a time. Due to good mileage and enough fuel capacity, it can provide a secured long drive. The seating position is very good and comfortable though it’s wide but not so log where just one pillion can ride comfortable at a time.

Suspension & Brakes: The suspensions of the bike are almost sporty where in front, the telescopic suspension is used and for the rear wheel, the mono suspension is used. Mono suspension is mainly used to the sports category bike and it used to help the bike keep on the road. However, as like good quality and comfortable suspension, KP150 V2.0 has dual hydraulic disc brakes where the front disc is bigger than rear but brakes are very good.

Mileage: The mileage of the bike almost considerable where it can provide more than 40 km mileage average which can be up to 45 km on the highway. Basically, sports bikes are used to provide poor mileage and so, if anyone counts the heavy mileage, then they should try standard commuter.

Instrument Panel & Features: The bike has a digital speedometer console along with analog rpm meter. Besides, it has a trip meter, gear display, fuel meter, engine coolant warning, and some other attractive features.
