Race SR 125 is brought in Bangladesh at the same time when Race has brought the rest bikes. Though, it’s looks is a bit uncommon so, it can not get popularity yet. Besides, it is a product that is assembled in China though Race is a leading company in the country.

There are plenty of products of Race that are in the market now where Race Fiero, Race GTR and Race GSR are so renowned.

But there is a standard bike which is a little small but strong in a figure which is Race SR 125. Most importantly, Race Global has imported a maximum of 125 cc bikes where Race Fiero is just an exception. Race SR is also 125 cc bike but can compete with 150 ccs available standard bike so far.

Design & looks: According to the first impression based on the design of Race SR 125, it seems a very strong standard bike and pretty exceptional. It has well placed but sporty handlebar and an aggressive fuel tank. The tires are wide with unique alloy wheels. It has a sporty silencer pipe and a small but comfortable seating position. The rear suspension is sporty and mono-shock absorber is used which makes the looks more aggressive. The colors of the bike make it a beast almost.

Engine performance: Like the strong figure of the bike Race SR 125, it’s the engine is also powerful. Race SR consists of 125 cc engine and has the ability to produce 15.81 Bhp @ 9280 rpm max power. The max power is unexpectedly great and better than most of the same segment bikes in the country. Besides, its max torque is 12 Nm @ 8000 rpm. Due to the powerful engine, it can make 120 km per hour top speed reportedly which is more than many 150 cc standard bikes. It has a water-cooled engine instead of air-cooled wherein available standard category bikes in Bangladesh, have used an air-cooled engine. The water-cooled engine is just used for the sports category machine. A total six-speed gearbox with wet type multi-plate is added to the bike.

Dimensions & seating position: The bike Race SR 125 is a little small than most of the standard bikes and the dimension are (2000 mm * 1050 mm * 820 mm) respectively. The seat height is also standard but suitable for little short people and the seat height is 770 mm. Besides, Race SR 125 has a good wheelbase of 1310 mm and due to the reason, it’s speed is great. The weight of the bike is comparatively lower than rest Race Global bikes which are just 122 kg. Though, the seating position is standard and comfortable but bit small in length and so, two persons can comfortably ride on the bike.

Suspension & Brakes: Spring hydraulic shock absorber which is also called telescopic suspension is used for the front wheel of Race Sr 125 and for the rear wheel, the mid positioned mono shock absorber is used. The suspensions are sporty though the bike is standard. Though, except for the looks, most of the features of the bike are filled up the demand of the sports category. Besides, like sports bikes, dual hydraulic disc brakes are used. Both discs are bigger where the front disc is 280 mm and the rear disc is a single plate.

Mileage: According to the different news portals, they have claimed that the mileage of the bike Race SR 125 on the highway is 55 km and in the city, it would be 45 km. But we the team Deshi Biker yet to use the bike for review and so, we can not provide the accurate mileage. The average mileage according to the calculation would be near about 50 km.

Instrument Panel & Features: Instrument console of Race SR 125 is not a fully digital but tachometer and digital speedometer. There is also a digital clock, low fuel indicator, turn lamp and tail lamp added. The headlamp is also powerful.
