Honda is the oldest motorcycle company in the world which is originated in Japan. Now, it is regarded as the most reliable bike-producing brand in the world in which products are available in every corner in the world. Its price is also reasonable and so, mid-income people can afford Honda products. However, current some products of Honda are assembled in India but the main and valuable products are still assembled in Japan, Thailand, and Indonesia. Due to displacement cc limits by the government of Bangladesh, more than 155 cc bikes could not be imported in Bangladesh but recently, BRTA has increased the cc limits recently and according to BRTA, the highest 165 cc bikes are approved in the country. So, every available company in Bangladesh is planning to import more cc bikes. Honda is one of them and going to import a sports bike named Honda CB Hornet 160. CB Hornet 160 is one of the most attractive bikes and the young generation is completely crazy about it.

Honda CB Hornet is a naked edition standard bike but sometimes compared with a sports bike as well. It is the origin of Japan but assembled in India. Design & looks: Honda CB Hornet 160R has a complete street-fighter design. It has a muscular fuel tank with a standard and comfortable seat. The handlebar and mirror are well-designed. Engine performance: Honda CB Hornet 160R has a powerful engine with actual 162.71 cc displacement. Engine can generate 15.04 @ 8500 rpm max power and 14.76 Nm @ 6500 rpm max torque. Though max power is not much and still there are plenty of 150 cc bikes that have possessed more than 15 Bhp max power. But, the attractive fact is it’s maxed torque. Due to good torque, it’s the acceleration is good which can make 0 to 100 in 16.3 seconds. The engine is SI and four-stroke.

Dimensions & seating position: The bike Honda CB Hornet 160 has a great sports dimension. The overall length is 2041 mm, width is 783 mm and height is 1067 mm. Besides, the bike has good ground clearance which would be good for Bangladeshi roads as well. Kerb weight of the bike is 140 kg which is compatible with the same segment. The fuel tank capacity is 12 liters. The seating position is standard and comfortable and not sporty split. So, two persons can ride easily but ride with two pillions would be hard.

Suspension & Brakes: Like most sports bikes, it has also mono shocks rear suspension and front suspension is telescopic. Besides, it has both front and rear hydraulic disc brakes.
