Design and Look
Design and out look are an important part of a full-faired sports bike. When the 3rd version of Taro GP1 launched in Bangladesh, it got a moderate response from the bikers because of its look and appearance. They didn’t change the basic design of this motorcycle but did some amazing changes in the out look and paint scheme. Now it looks more sexier and appealing than the previous version. On the other hand, GPX Demon GR 165R recently launched by Speedoz Ltd. This motorcycle gets the same design and appearance like the Demon 200cc. If you look closely then you will noticed the headlight and fairing almost looks like the new Honda CBR 150R. Apart from that, the exhaust, LED tail light unit, Large soft touch digital display console, wide clip-on handlebar enhances the sporty look of this bike.
Engine Performance
In the term of performance, Both motorcycles will provide you an amazing engine performance. GPX Demon GR 165R equipped with a Single Cylinder, Liquid-Cooled, 4-Stroke, 2-Valves, SOHC, 164.6 cc engine that can produce 17.8 Bhp maximum power at 9000 rpm and 16 Nm of torque at 6500 rpm. GPX sources the Fuel Injection technology from the American brand Delphi. On the other hand, Taro didn’t change the engine in this 3rd version of Taro GP1. It gets a Liquid-cooled, 1-cylinder, 4-stroke, SOHC, EFI engine that can burn out 19 Bhp maximum power at 9500 rpm and 14.5 Nm of torque at 9000 rpm.
Braking and Control
Braking and control are the two most important part of a motorcycle. When you have a powerful engines like these two motorcycles, you definitely need a proper braking system and well controlling system. GPX Demon GR 165R has a 276 mm disc in the front and 220 mm disc brake in the rear wheel. GPX also installed a wide clip-on handlebar for comfortable riding position and sporty look. Taro GP1 V3 gets a dual 300 mm disc in the front and 240 mm disc brake in the rear. It also equipped with a CBS for better braking performance.
The GPX Demon GR 165R is now currently available with three different color variations, these are RED, BLACK and GREY. Speedoz Ltd announced the market price of this bike is 299,900 BDT. Taro GP1 V3 available with only Black and Blue color option and market price is 356,000 BDT.
