Suzuki Burgman Street Feature Review
Due to the traffic jam in Bangladesh, The demand for a two-wheeler is increasing significantly. Two-wheeler is easy to ride and can reach a long distance in a short time. That’s why the foreign and domestic motorcycle brands are trying to provide premium and best quality motorbikes to their customers.
For cities, the scooter is a very useful gadget. Nowadays, scooters are getting popular not only in female rider but also in the male rider. Suzuki is one of the leading and largest motorcycle brand in Bangladesh. Their bikes are widely famous not only in our country but all over the world. Recently they launched their first maxi-scooter Suzuki Burgman Street in Bangladesh market. This scooter gets cutting edge design and sporty and aggressive look.
Design & looks: The all-new Suzuki Burgman street 125 is a maxi scooter that comes with the design of its elder sibling Burgman 400. This scooter gets some new features like a large windshield, integrated LED headlamp and a Gixxers digital instrumental cluster. Suzuki makes many changes in design. Premium chrome garnish, aluminum pillion footrest, sporty exhaust muffler, and convenient dual luggage hooks are newly added in design. All over the looks of this scooter is bulk and sporty. It contains more storage space than any other scooters available in the market. This street scooter also gets storage bins behind the front apron, 12 V charging socket, multi-function key slot, and wider tubeless tyre. Its headlamp looks aggressive and gets some chrome finished at its top. Chrome mirrors are available for this scooter and will increase its look.
Engine performance: Its engine powertrain is almost the same as Suzuki Access 125. This two-wheeler maxi scooter carries an Air Cooled, Single Cylinder, 4-Stroke, 2-Valve, SOHC engine which can generate 8.6 bhp maximum power at peek 7000 rpm and 10.2 Nm @ 6,000 rpm maximum torque. But this two-wheeler gets more acceleration rate than Access 125. It can gain 0-60 km/h in just 8.69 seconds and 0-80 km/h within 16.28 seconds. This scooter gets a carburetor engine and CVT automatic gearbox mated with the engine for better transmission.
Dimensions & seating position: Suzuki Burgman Street comes with a large comfortable stair seat. It’s much roomier and will provide maximum comfort. This scooter has comes with a standard height of 1140 mm, Width 675 and Length 1880 mm. The seating height is also standard of 780 mm and 160 mm ground clearance. It also gets a wide handlebar that can make you fell riding a cruiser bike. 5-spoke alloy cast wheels are used in this scooter and wheel size is 1265 mm. Tubeless tyres are used in both front and rear wheel. where font size is 90/90 – 12 and rear is 90/100 – 10. This broad tyre provides smooth riding and stability.
Suspension & Brakes: The Burgman uses the same underbone chassis just like Suzuki Access 125. Telescopic fork suspension is used in front-wheel and rear suspension is guarded with mono-shock hydraulic shock absorber. The front suspension soak up bumps really well, even in rough road conditions. But the rear one remains a little bit stiff. The braking is performed with 170 mm Disc brake in front and 130 mm drum brake in the rear. It can provide safety during emergency braking and unexpected accident.
Mileage: The Suzuki Burgman Street engine made with high technology and its completely unstressed. This scooter can give a better fuel efficiency of 50 km/l in cities which is best in its class. Even on highway, it can deliver 53 km/l.
Instrument Panel & Features: Suzuki Burgman Street is a premium scooter and comes with some new technology and an LCD instrumental cluster. This LCD screen featured with a digital speedometer, fuel gauge, clock, and trip meter.
