Keeway RKR 165 Vs Taro GP1 Vs Regal Raptor GTXL Sports 160: Comparison review

Full-faired sports bikes are getting popular in Bangladesh. Not only just giant brands, but many Chinese brands are also now launching full-faired sports bikes. Due to the high price of premium bikes, bikers are also getting interested in Chinese brands. There are some Chinese brands, those products are well made and performance orient. There are also some Europian brands are available in Bangladesh, which are manufacturing their bikes in China. Taro and Regal Raptor are one of them.

Keeway, Taro Bangla and Regal Raptor, these motorcycle brands are getting popular in Bangladesh. Though they manufacture their bikes in China, their product quality is comparable. Not only just build quality, their engine performance and design are also attractive. So, let’s find out the compare and contrast among Keeway RKR 165, Taro GP1 and Regal Raptor GTXL sports 160.

If you consider design, then these three bikes can give you what you want. All three bikes get an attractive and eye-catchy design with different color shades. But, Taro GP1 will slightly ahead than RKR and GTXL. Its design is taken from the MotoGP racing bikes. Its front end looks more aggressive than the other two. Keeway RKR and Taro GP1 get LED light units on their headlamp and tail lamp, but GTXL gets Halogen bulb.

Let’s come to engine performance. All these three bikes are sports segments and performance orient. In this category, Keeway RKR 165 and Rigal Raptor GTXL will be on top than Taro GP1. RKR 165 can produce 17.83 bhp maximum power at 8500 rpm, GTXL can 18 bhp maximum power at 10500 rpm and Taro GP1 can 16 bhp maximum power at 8500 rpm. All three bikes get a 6-speed gearbox and wet multi-plate clutch for better engine performance. But GTXL Sports will be ahead from them at top speed.

Mileage is an important part of a sports motorcycle. RKR equipped with an EFI engine and will provide 44 km/l average mileage. But Taro GP1 and GTXL get a carburetor engine. These bikes also met an advanced dual-disc braking system. RKR gets dual-disc brake with single-channel CBS, Taro GP1 gets dual-disc with ABS(SE) and Regal Raptor gets a dual-disc brake. But the next edition of GTXL will have ABS.

Keeway RKR installed 130/70-17 section tubeless tyre in the rear wheel where Taro and GTXL get 150/70-17 sections tubeless tyres in the rear. There is a difference in their price range. Keeway RKR cost 215,500 BDT, Taro GP1 336,000 and GTXL Sports cost 260,000 BDT. So, you can have one of these motorcycles within your budget.
