Benelli TNT 150 Vs Bajaj Pulsar 160 NS:Comparison review

Benelli TNT 150 is a newborn product in Bangladesh where the Italian brand Benelli has brought one of their most reputed naked edition sports bike in Bangladesh. Benelli has introduced in the country just a few months ago and after that, it has come to compare with a different same segment sports bike. Today, we would like to compare it with Bajaj Pulsar 160 NS. The product of Bajaj is very valuable and also considered as the newborn here. It is also a naked sports bike which is basically a 160 cc bike. After increasing the cc limit in Bangladesh, now, almost 165 cc bikes have introduced in the country. # Looks: At first, we come to the Indian bike Bajaj Pulsar 160 NS. The bike is extremely good looking naked sports bike in Bangladesh and currently considered as one of the best looking naked sports bike in Bangladesh right now. It has mostly aggressive looking headlamp with muscular fuel tank where sharp and aggressive extended kit attached. It has sporty looking and splitted seating position with stylish grab rail. The most attractive thing is its exhaust which is so small and fully unique designed. It has also engine guard added with rear tyre guard. Overall, the bike is undoubtedly very attractive looking naked sports bike but considering this Benelli TNT 160 has also very aggressive looks. That is pretty different as well. It has also sporty looking with a split seat. But personally, we can say that Pulsar NS 160 is more attractive looks than Benelli TNT.

# Engine Performance: Bajaj is the biggest Indian two wheeler brand and so, in Bangladesh their product is much more reliable than any brands no offense. The engine is also very reliable and since long their doing business in the country with reliability. The bike has as usual Bajaj engine which is SOHC, 4 Valve and DTSi engine which is oil cooled. The engine displacement is 160.3 cc which can generate 15.5 PS max power and 14.6 NM max torque. Consists of five speed gearbox the bike has a wet multi-disc clutch plate. On the other side, Benelli TNT has 148 cc engine which is China assembled. So, comparatively, it would be less reliable than Pulsar NS 160 engine. The bike has air cooling system instead of the liquid cooling system. It has four strokes and two valve engine which can create 14 Bhp max power and 13.4 NM max torque. It has front telescopic with anti-friction bush suspension added where the rear suspension is mono which is called nitrox mono shock absorber with canister. On the other side, Benelli TNT 150 also has telescopic front suspension added where the rear suspension is monoshock. It seems that both bikes have very qualities suspensions added. Now, we have come to consider their braking system. Benelli TNT 150 consists of disc and drum braking system. The front brake is hydraulic disc and the rear brake is the drum. The average mileage would not less than 42 km. It is still not much but considering the powerful engine, the mileage seems very good.

# Top Speed: Benelli TNT is a 150 cc bike and Pulsar NS is a 160 cc bike. Generally, NS has a powerful engine. Besides, it has very charming design which helps to increase speed. Comparing both bikes, Pulsar 160 NS would provide more than 130 kmph top speed where Benelli TNT would give almost 120 kmph top speed.

# Price: Let’s come to the price range of bikes. Both NS and TNT have launched in Bangladesh with almost same price range. Though, the current price of Pulsar 160 NS is little higher. The price of Bajaj Pulsar 160 NS is BDT 1,99,500 and the current price of the bike Benelli TNT 150 is BDT 1,79,900 only.
