The Sole distributor of Thai brand GPX, Speedoz ltd recently launched GPX Demon GR 165R in Bangladesh. This motorcycle has already create a hype in internet because of its out look and design. It is the 165cc version of GPX Demon GR 200R. Liquid-cooled, fuel injection engine, aerodynamic compact fairing, wide clip-on sporty handlebar make this bike stunning in every angle. The main audience of this bike will be the young generation because of the appearance. On the other side, Suzuki GSXR 150 is a existing speed demon of the Japanese brand Suzuki. Recently they had launched the updated version of this motorcycle for the celebration of Suzuki’s 100 years anniversary. Suzuki changed the graphics of this new version and installed a dual-channel ABS braking system.

Design and Look

Suzuki launched the updated and improved version of this motorcycle for the celebration of Suzuki’s 100 years anniversary. They have changed the outer graphics of this motorcycle but the design remains the same as the previous version. Suzuki branding start from the front fairing and ends at the riding seat. The also change the tail light design slightly. Apart from these, the headlight, fairing, seat and handlebar remains the same. The aerodynamic shape and lightweight of this motorcycle helps to gain fast acceleration. If we talk about the new GPX Demon GR 165R, then first thing you will notice of this bike is its design and compact sporty fairing. The design and appearance of this bike looks like a higher segment motorcycle and It’s bigger in dimension also. The headlight and front end of this bike almost looks like the Honda CBR 250R for the parking light setting. Apart from that, the tail light section and the exhaust enhance the sporty look. If you are a motorcycle enthusiast, then you will definitely fall in love at a glance.

Engine Performance

There will be no competitor of Suzuki GSXR 150 in the term of engine performance and top speed in 150 to 165cc segment. This one has a huge popularity for its engine performance. This motorcycle equipped with a Single cylinder, liquid-cooled, fuel-injection, DOHC, 4-Stroke, 4-Valve, 147.3 cc engine that can burn out 18.9 bhp maximum power at 10,500 rpm and 14 Nm of torque at 9000 rpm. Some bikers claims to have 160 km/h top speed of this speed demon. Apart from from the engine performance, the features and design of this motorcycle exactly looks same as the elder sibling Demon GR 200R. It gets a Single Cylinder, Liquid-Cooled, 4-Stroke, 2-Valves, SOHC, 164.6 cc engine that can produce 17.8 Bhp maximum power at 9000 rpm and 16 Nm of torque at 6500 rpm.

Braking and Suspension

This new version of Suzuki GSXR 150 now mounted with a dual-channel ABS braking system. It definitely increases the braking ability of this motorcycle. It also gets a 266 mm disc in front and 220 mm disc brake in the rear wheel. GPX Demon GR 165R have 280 mm disc in front and 220 mm disc brake in the rear wheel. But there is no CBS or ABS braking system available. Hope they will install the ABS braking system in next shipment. GSXR 150 have Telescopic fork in the front wheel and a mono-shock suspension in the rear wheel while GPX has USD fork in the front and swingarm mono-shock suspension in the rear.

Price

The regular version of Suzuki GSXR 150 priced 350,000 BDT and the ABS version cost 379,990 BDT. The newly launched GPX Demon GR 165R have three different color variation and cost 299,900 BDT only.
